Thursday Think Tank: SKIRT Network

The careers of Michelle Alberda, Michelle Balog, and Stacey Fleece all began at different times, but they came together over ten years ago when they began honing their business networking skills and building on referrals. These savvy women wanted to capitalize on this networking power exponentially, while teaching other small businesswomen the techniques to accelerate their business growth.

The idea for SKIRTworking was born out of this collective desire. After attending this seminar and also reading their book, you will develop the skills to: Build your business entirely through networking by capitalizing on contacts you already have in your database. Effectively use women's natural relationship-building skills to take your career to the next level and beyond. Expand your production in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Develop and manage your own networking group to support and help others grow in their business.  Learn to enhance your client experience by offering guidance and solutions to both buyers and sellers by connecting them with their financial planner and lender.

As realtors we often forget how we can leverage the relationships we have with lenders, financial planners, insurance agents to best serve our clients and grow our businesses.

SKIRTWorking works for both men and women and wearing an actual skirt isn't required!

SKIRT was founded by:

Michelle Balog- CLIMB Real Estate Group

Stacey Fleece- EverBank

Michelle Alberda- Ameriprise Financial
