Getting the Property SOUL'D: A Breakthrough System for Successful Stress-Free Buying and Selling

Paula PaganoheadshothighresWhether you are considering a real estate market as a career or struggling for a sale in this competitive Sellers Market, Paula Pagano can share sale secrets successful real estate agents know that you don’t. She can show you how to guide your clients to bridge the gap between expectation and reality and how to compromise to get the deal done while at the same time living a balanced life and not working 24/7.

In a red-hot market like San Francisco’s, where many homes, condos and co-ops  are luxurious, the behaviors, attitudes and actions Paula has witnessed often appear illogical: a million dollar deal went south because of exclusion of  a light fixture and no one would budge! A single dad said he wanted a family-style home for his children but closed on a sexy bachelor pad!

With rare frankness the author will show real estate agents what to do--and not do--to make or break that critical sale. For more information on Getting the Property SOUL’D or on Paula’s philosophy on sales success go to www.PaulaPagano.com.

Michael Mitcheom, President and Founder of Black Ink Insurance Services, Inc., has been involved in either real estate sales or the insurance industry for over 40 years.

After college Michael followed in his father’s footsteps as a Realtor.  He was later recruited by Homeowners Marketing Group, HMS, to design, develop and administer “Master Plan”, a national realtor training program.  Subsequently, HMS would tap Michael as Senior Executive Vice President where we was part of the leadership team that would vault HMS as the nations #1 E&O provider with an 80% market share.

In 1996 Mitcheom left HMS to form Black Ink Insurance Services.  He recruited and assembled some of the best sales and administrative people in the Realtor E&O insurance sector.  The objective was to use their understanding of the insurance business to not sell insurance but rather help Realtors find and purchase the best coverage at the best price.  With Black Ink’s unique “Realtor First” philosophy we have been able to sustain and prosper in the market for the last 21 years with a client base of over 5,000 individual  real estate offices located in 33 states.
