Selling homes to Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) is very different than selling to Generation-X (born 1965-1978) or Generation-Y (born 1979-1995). What they want in their dream home, how you build trusting relationships and the entire sales process must be adapted to each unique group. When working with sellers from these groups the differences can be even more challenging. Come to this fun and fast-paced program to gain an insight into each unique generational group and learn how to adjust your practices to increase your sales to each one. Michael Soon Lee, CRS, GRI, has been a broker for over 25 years and is a Master Instructor with CAR who has written eight sales books about bridging differences.
