Lunch and Reach150 Training

Did you know that 90 percent of clients do online research before calling a real estate agent? Wouldn’t you like your clients to be able to easily find the positive testimonials that your clients have left you about the services you provide? Now you can! SFAR is partnering with Reach150, and online testimonial service that collects recommendations for agents and makes sure they are prominently placed on social, search and website platforms to be seen by potential clients.

SFAR members can expect to receive an email invite from Reach150 by the end of May to set up their free account. There is no commitment or credit card up front. Each agent can have 3 free published testimonials (you only publish the testimonials you like best), then the agents decide if they want to subscribe at $19/month yearly or $25 monthly. The agent is in complete control of what gets published. When an agent gets a recommendation, their ‘partner network’ is notified. Brokers can also create an account to collect recommendations from their agents to help with recruiting.

Eventually, Reach150 will also be directly integrated into the SFARMLS platform through an SSO link.
