9:00 AM SFARMLS is about to go Super-Regional (Thu. 15 Aug, 2019 9:00 am - 10:30 am)

Would you like to only have to enter your listing ONCE and have it go everywhere in the Bay Area? Would you like to run a report for New Listings in Pacifica, North Beach, or Sausalito, and see ALL of the MLS entered listings in one place? This is not a dream - it can happen!

SFAR, in conjunction with BAREIS (Napa, Marin) and MetroList (Sacramento), has been working on a next-generation Super-Regional MLS database system and the time has come to get some Agent feedback. We have partnered with MLSListings and the MLSs of the east bay to exchange data with them too. Sign up for one of 4 workshop sessions this August where you will get to see what's going on, and provide your input, ahead of the launch later this year.

At this 90 minute workshop you will:

  • get an "inside look" at the design goals of the new Super-Regional system
  • be guided through a Listing Input exercise using the new Super-Regional system
  • see improvements in how search works in areas affected by overlapping MLS disorder
  • be able to provide direct feedback to Committee members on what you like and don't like about it

All Agent members (listing, or buying), with all levels of technical experience, are invited to come check it out. Space is limited for each session as we will be doing real hands-on activities (computers provided).
