When are dues paid?
Annual membership dues are billed at the beginning of December. MLS user fees and lockbox rentals are billed quarterly at the beginning of every December, March, June and September. I'm an Agent Assistant, I just use the Agent's login right?
No, Agent Assistants and Clerical Users CANNOT simply share a login with an Agent they are helping. This is a clear violation of the MLS Rules & Regulations and is Fine Level D ($1000). Assistants and Clerical Users have a special less expensive membership type, and should absolutely join the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® as the proper member type so that they are eligible for phone support, email support, can attend classes and seminars and most importantly, so that Agents are not fined for sharing MLS Access.
