Beginning Wednesday, January 8, SFARMLS participants and subscribers will notice a new active contingent status within the SFARMLS called Active Contingent - No Show.
The definition of the new status is as follows: Active - Contingent No Show (C): An offer has been accepted with one or more buyer contingencies such as property inspections with the provision that this listing is also NOT to be shown any further. This is an On-Market status.
The current active contingent statuses are:
Act. Cont. – Show
Act. Cont. – Rel Clause
Act Cont – Short Sale
Act Cont – Probate
