The Board of Directors has approved the recommendation of the Standard Forms Committee, to remove the PDF versions of the Forms library (with the exception of the General Information for Buyers and Sellers of Real Property form document and the San Francisco Apartment Association lease forms) from the member website - my.sfrealtors.com. The reason is threefold:
1. To direct members to SFAR's dedicated forms platforms (Instanet and zipForms®).
2. To prevent forms from being manipulated or shared inappropriately.
3. To ensure that members are accessing the most up-to-date forms at all times rather than saving copies of the forms to their personal devices.
The removal of the forms is set to take place no later than April 2, 2014.
