Curious if a listing includes parking spaces? Now it's easy to find out. The parking space field has been moved up to the listings detail header in the SFARMLS. Now all listings that have a "Number of Parking Spaces" field will be featured in the listing details header. This will make it easier for agents to find out the number of parking spaces in a listing - an important, and often rare amenity featured in properties sold in San Francisco. Check out the new feature next time you are in the SFARMLS!
