In the Single Family listing type (including leases) 
The field "Parking Leased" is currently just a YES/NO field. It will be changed to "Parking Type" and the values will be: "On Site" and "Leased Off-Site".
If you specify Leased Off-Site, the intention is to put back the functionality that displays a small "L" on the Tuesday Tour sheet. Additionally, this Parking Type field should be REQUIRED if the "# of Parking Spaces" is 1 or more. We are looking to make "Parking Access" required when "# of Parking Spaces" is 2 or more.
The Listing Detail Display will also become more informative. When the value "Leased Off-Site" is chosen, you will see a "Leased" where the listing header now says yes or no.
In the Condo listing type
There are more options coming as the values have quite a bit more variety. More to come in the next issue about the changes coming for the condo type. These changes are expected to go live in mid-June along with some great enhancements to the Coming Soon listing status.
