In the Condo/Coop/TIC/Loft listing type the current values in "Parking Type" are being altered to more accurately capture the relevant information.
The new values are:
Mapped On Site
Designated On Site
Undesignated On Site
Lease Avail On Site
Lease Avail Off Site
None
If you had previously selected "3rd Party Lease" or "Lease Available Other", the data has been migrated to "Lease Available Off Site" as that new value covers both of these cases. When you choose either of the leased parking options, the field "Lease Term" will be required. Also in this case, we will be restoring the functionality that displays a small "L" on the Tuesday Tour sheet.
The "Parking Type" field is REQUIRED if the "# of Parking Spaces" is 1 or more. We are looking to make "Parking Access" required when "# of Parking Spaces" is 2 or more. The Listing Detail Display will also become more informative. When the value "Leased On-Site" or "Leased Off-Site" is chosen, you will see a "Leased" on reports where it now says "yes" or "no".
The changes are slated for release into production in late June. Stay tuned for the official date announcement.
