The San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA) recently released a revised Residential Tenancy Agreement, specific to rent laws in San Francisco.
This article, written by SFAA for its members, explains many of the updates to this year’s lease agreement. In addition to the new lease agreement, SFAA also released new versions of the Storage and Parking Agreements. The forms will be available on Instanet and zipForms on April 3.
To Access the revised forms:
1. Click on the login button in the top right-hand corner.
2. Enter your 6-digit member ID and password.
3. In the dropdown menu under Documents, click on the SFAR Forms Library link and SFAA Forms.
