As of today, April 7, ListHub accounts will no longer be sharing data with Zillow and Trulia. If you're wondering how this might affect you, it's likely that it doesn't.
Many SFAR-member brokerages have requested direct feeds of their data to use to their liking, which includes sending listings to portals such as Zillow and Trulia. For the large majority of members who have their data on either Zillow or Trulia, we recommend talking to your Office Manager or Broker about the specifics for your office.
For the small group of members who have been using ListHub to send data to Zillow and Trulia, we are continuing to look at the best options for you going forward. If you fall into this group you either have received, or will receive, specific information detailing your options.
