We have launched our new Listing Data Checker from CoreLogic® and are sending out several different types of notifications. To help you understand these better we have provided some notification descriptions:
- Listing Entry Confirmations: These notices confirm that a new listing has been successfully entered. They also include a link from which you can check your listing for compliance, but this in no way assumes that the listing is in violation of any rules.
- Courtesy Notices: These are NOT violation notices, and they are not saved to an agent's record. They are for the agent's information only. - Notifications for listings nearing their expiration or sale date.
- Notifications for coming soon listings nearing the on-market date.
- Violation Warnings: These will explicitly state that they are violation warnings, and will include details of the violation within the body of the email.
