SFAR is deeply committed to supporting next-generation MLS technologies, specifically the Advanced Multi-List Platform™ (AMP). AMP is an initiative by Realtors Property Resource® (RPR), fully funded by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The AMP system is built around the idea that APIs can, and should, power most of the typical uses of MLS listing data (website display, notifications about updates, interoperability with many mobile apps, etc.).
SFAR is currently collaborating with the teams at RPR and RobotiK Software to build RobotiK MLS (a model "front end of choice") using San Francisco MLS listing data. We are also working with our technology partners Transparent Properties Inc. (creators of MyPropertyOffice), Rapattoni MLS, and others to investigate the possibility of working together to create API based solutions for Brokers and Agents.
