The COPA Legislation Advisory regarding the City's ordinance requiring owners of buildings with 3 or more residential units (mixed use or not), and lots zoned for 3+ residential units, to provide a "right of first offer" and "right of first refusal" to eligible non-profit organizations beginning September 3rd has been clarified and amended.
The latest version addresses a number of questions raised by members and includes input from local real estate attorneys based upon current available information.
