NorCal MLS Alliance Will Launch by Q3 2020 and Serve More than 60,000 Real Estate Brokers
San Francisco, California -- Seven of the leading Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) of Northern California, including the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® MLS (SFAR MLS), have collaborated to form the NorCal MLS Alliance. This new data-sharing initiative is slated to launch in the third quarter of 2020 to provide real estate brokers with a single set of data to cover a majority of Northern California.
The NorCal MLS Alliance will expand on the existing MLS Reciprocal Access which enables MLS users to sign into all collaborating MLS systems once the user has signed into the user’s home MLS system. It will be the only place brokers can get all the listings and historical data in 200 Northern California Counties, reduce the the number of data feeds brokers need to run their business, and eliminate the need for dual entry of listings into multiple systems, among other benefits.
