Dear Members:
We want to clarify SFAR's current guidance to members regarding the COVID-19 crisis. Like you, we have received conflicting messages from national, state, and local organizations and authorities.
As the safety of our members, clients, and community remains our first priority, our position is:
1. No traditional, in-person open houses or tours
2. All showings should be conducted virtually
Please also follow the State of California's "stay-at-home" order and the City and County of San Francisco's "shelter-in-place" order.
