Bay Area REALTORS® and real estate industry professionals have joined forces to address two urgent needs in our community during the COVID-19 pandemic:
♥ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for health care staff at local hospitals; and
♥ Essential housewares, hygiene kits, and cleaning supplies for formerly homeless families and individuals, or those who need a place to stay because they have an infected housemate or family member and have moved into temporary housing.
Every dollar of your tax-deductible contribution will go directly to these two initiatives.
AREAA San Francisco Peninsula, CREAA and SAMCAR are partnering with the CREAA Foundation to coordinate the sourcing, purchase and safe delivery of PPE.
The SFAR Foundation's Welcome Home Project is fielding requests from the San Francisco's Department of Emergency Management for housewares and other items for those in need and arranging for the purchase and safe delivery.
We recognize the COVID-19 pandemic is putting a financial strain on the real estate industry and work has dramatically slowed or halted for many of us.
