Dear Members:
Mandatory compliance of the MLS Statement 8.0 Clear Cooperation Policy is now required.
We have seen an increase in properties listed as "Coming Soon" on SFARMLS within the past week, so we are optimistic our real estate community understands and is abiding by the new rules.
A common question SFAR has received regarding non-compliance is:
"How do I report a listing which I believe has not been submitted to the MLS? Do I just email the San Francisco Association of REALTORS ® (SFAR)?"
Answer:
No, please use the CLEAR COOPERATION CHECK FORM to manually submit a request for SFAR to check on a potentially non-cooperating listing. You will need to provide screenshots or a valid publicly-visible URL (or both) with this request. Note: All requests are confidential.
