What is Glide?
All members of the San Francisco Association of REALTORs® MLS enjoy Glide as a free member benefit, and now we’ve extended that functionality to include the critical C.A.R. PEAD-V form needed for responsibly doing showings by appointment.
What is the C.A.R. PEAD-V form?
The Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration - Visitor (PEAD-V) is a form to be given to and signed by the seller, buyer, agents, and anyone else who is entering a property during the course of a real estate transaction. These new requirements can create a significant burden for agents on both sides of a transaction.
How do SFARMLS and Glide work together?
Glide has created the first-of-its-kind integrated system that allows you to create, send, and manage PEAD forms across all of your listings and clients in a single place. SFARMLS has added a Glide button prominently on each property listing detail page. When you click this link. Glide automatically pulls property address and agent information from the listing to pre-fill the PEAD form so you can easily send to your clients for signature using DigitalInk, DocuSign, or any 3rd party signature solution you prefer.
Using this new feature is very intuitive. Simply click on the Glide logo found in the action button area of every Listing Detail in the MLS to start the Glide PEAD-V form process. Also note that SFARMLS rules permit the inclusion of Glide PEAD form URLs in the private, agent-only, remarks section of your listing if you wish the links to propagate back to Brokerage websites, VOWs and other authorized destinations.
