It is with great enthusiasm that we announce that fully supported Broker Tour is officially relaunching for the City of San Francisco!
Two Important Notes:
1. Agents are required by the City, OSHA and State to follow basic COVID safety guidelines which closely track those established for holding general Open Houses.
2. We are going to relaunch Broker Tour using the same setup as we had pre-COVID (and prior to the Super-Regional SFARMLS launch) with a block of listings in District 9 being on tour on Wednesdays starting at 12:00 p.m. Read on to get all of the important details you need to know about Broker Tour:

Adding, Searching and the Tour Report
Accessing all of the Broker Tour (or Tour/Caravan in the reciprocal data) functions is done by navigating to Listings → Tours in the MLS. This presents you with a list of counties:
In the City of San Francisco - Click on the SFARMLS logo to load the interface for our Broker Tour program:
We have updated the information for our Wednesday segment of Broker Tour, and fixed up the link from the MLS interface. The page goes over Why Wednesday?, Which Subdistricts? and What's Next? so please check out the updated information.
Outside the City - Click on any of the other MLSs or territories to load a search interface that will only return data from the Tour or Caravan data of the MLS system you've selected. In the reciprocal MLS areas, the terms Tour and Caravan are synonymous. To find what listings are available to shown on which dates, simply run a search for that MLS territory. A wide variety of search options are supported as is typical in the non-SF MLSs:
This generates a set of search results which you can print or save as a report output.
NOTE: We are actively working with the other MLSs of the Bay Area to build a way for them to put listings created in their systems into our Broker Tour report. A listing originating from the Paragon MLSs group or MLSListings in the peninsula/south bay may not appear on our Broker Tour report yet.
