A new version of the SFARMLS Rules & Regulations has been published with a few important changes related to keeping our system compatible with our Super Regional MLS Partners of the NorCal MLS Alliance. In this update, the most important change is the shortening of the CDOM reset period from 90 days to 30 days.
This change is fully described in the rules themselves, so let’s go over how to get them. In the MLS, under the “Links” menu you should click on “Links & Documents” to get the full list of all documents available from the MLS.
The second link down is to the PDF of the Rules & Regulations. You should always have a current copy saved locally in your My Documents location for reference. There is also a change log published with each revision of the rules.
The important changes in the Summer/Fall 2021 revision are summarized in the file “Summer 2021 – Change Log” that shows you specifically what is changed is this update (and also in the spring release of the rules, in case you missed that update).
