The San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR), a leader in the San Francisco real estate market since 1905, today announced the addition of comprehensive San Francisco neighborhood videos to its consumer-facing, home property and sales data website, www.sfrealtors.com. The neighborhood videos give homebuyers, locals and visitors alike a unique way to learn about the communities that comprise the city.
“Microclimates aren’t the only difference between San Francisco’s neighborhoods. Each community has its own unique lifestyle and feel,” said SFAR 2013 President Christine Dwiggins. “These videos can help those looking for real estate in San Francisco find the perfect neighborhood in which to call home.“
SFAR’s San Francisco neighborhood videos are divided into the 10 real estate districts within the city of San Francisco and feature each area’s unique architectural and historical elements as well as an array of transportation, dining and shopping options.
“Our REALTOR® members are constantly looking for quality local information to provide their clients who are looking to buy and rent in San Francisco,” Dwiggins said. “sfrealtors.com’s neighborhood pages now provide in-depth videos alongside high quality still photography of San Francisco’s most beautiful streetscapes, and detailed descriptions of the larger residential districts and the 89 micro-neighborhoods that make up San Francisco.”
SFAR hired San Francisco-based Rockbridge Productions, which spent more than 1,155 hours compiling the neighborhood videos. The company only used two tanks of gas throughout shooting as much of the footage was taken as the film crew biked, walked or traveled the city in a rented hybrid car.
