Rayse Lunch & Learn:
Rae, The New Way to Rayse
Wednesday, May 6
12:30 – 2:00 p.m.
301 Grove Street, SF
Real estate doesn’t happen at a desk, and Rayse is evolving right along with it.
In this session, we’ll introduce RAE, your new assistant, and show how agents are using the Rayse mobile experience to capture real work as it happens. From client meetings and phone calls to quick notes between showings. RAE is going to be the assistant you always wish you had!
You’ll learn how to:
- Use Rayse naturally throughout your day without extra administrative work
- Dictate meetings, calls, and client updates on the go
- Let RAE translate your work into measurable value directly for your clients
- Simplify how you use Rayse moving forward
This isn’t about learning more software. It’s about finally letting Rayse work the way you do.
Tuesday Broker Bus Tour: Show Me The Money, High ROI Listing Prep in Action
Tuesday, May 12
SFAR Office – 301 Grove Street, SF
This year’s SFAR Broker Tour goes behind the curtain on some of the best-prepped listings in San Francisco — eight properties where sellers made strategic investments between $50K and $200K before hitting the market, and where the numbers tell a compelling story. At each stop, the listing agent will walk you through exactly what was done, why it was done, and what it likely meant for the final sale price.
Two buses. Eight homes. Zero guesswork.
The morning tour (4 properties) is sponsored by Green Couch Staging, and the afternoon tour (4 properties) is co-sponsored by Dale Zink of SpaceDezine Interiors and Simon Perez of Honest n Fast Movers, who will provide snacks on the buses and be on hand to share about how they help buyers and sellers in San Francisco and beyond!
Morning pickup will be at SFAR (301 Grove St., SF) at 8:30 a.m. with an 8:45 a.m. departure time.
Afternoon pickup will be at SFAR (301 Grove St., SF) at 12:30 p.m. with a 12:45 p.m. departure time.
