SFAR Standard Forms Platforms

As a member of SFAR, you have access to both California and San Francisco-specific real estate forms. The Standard Forms libraries can be accessed by logging into your MLS Dashboard, or by clicking below on the icon of your preferred forms provider: zipForm Plus, SkySlope Forms or Glide.

The ZipLogix Transaction product includes zipForm Edition, the form platform from LoneWolf Technologies provided in partnership with C.A.R. In addition to the SF-CA library for standard forms for San Francisco, zipForm has all of the forms for C.A.R. and the critical forms that have been licensed from the San Francisco Apartment Association under the new SFAA library (only visible to SFAR members).

Members, or their brokerages, may have access to the SkySlope Forms toolset which includes the libraries of standard forms for SFAR, C.A.R. and the licensed SFAA forms.

All Compass agents, and other select brokerages, have access to the Glide toolset which includes the libraries of standard forms for SFAR, C.A.R and the licensed SFAA forms.
