Update Regarding Rapattoni System Interruption The primary SFARMLS system continues to be offline due to a recent cyber-attack against Rapattoni. Your support teams at Rapattoni and SFARMLS continue to try to provide the best support possible during this difficult period. At this time, we do not have a solid estimate on when services will be fully restored, and we are looking at alternatives for listing input. As of Friday, two of our technology channels/platforms can be used to make very limited changes.
Zenlist the integration with Zenlist INCLUDES all Coming Soon data for SFARMLS, BAREIS, the East Bay and MLSListings, and has excellent coverage, including confidential remarks. Zenlist does not include all of the Metrolist/Sacramento data.

What can be changed on Zenlist?
Add/Drop an Open House on an existing listing
Add/Drop your existing listing from Broker Tour (on August 15th).
Make a price adjustment.
Minor changes to remarks, public or primate (please limit).
Coming Soon -> ACTIVE (effective immediately).
(any other status) -> HOLD (effective immediately).
No other changes can be emergency requested at this time. We will try to accommodate changes to Open House and Broker Tour over the weekend, as we are able.
How can I quickly get oriented on Zenlist?

We are working on providing a listing input system through Zenlist over the weekend, as Zenlist has quickly become the source of truth for data in the City.
Realtor.com Professional Search application (called Find on the dashboard) has 92% of all listings in the NORCAL MLS ALLIANCE (some Metrolist data is not in Realtor.com). Note that Realtor.com does not have confidential remarks. Access via the tile on the MLS Dashboard.
What can you change yourself on Realtor.com?
You can use “Open Houses on Realtor.com” to modify your Open House dates and times.
You can enhance your listings with additional photos.
You can add a longer property description, max of 2500 characters.
