This year’s SFAR Broker Tour goes behind the curtain on some of the best-prepped listings in San Francisco — eight properties where sellers made strategic investments between $50K and $200K before hitting the market, and where the numbers tell a compelling story. At each stop, the listing agent will walk you through exactly what was done, why it was done, and what it likely meant for the final sale price.

The morning tour (4 properties) is sponsored by Green Couch Staging, and the afternoon tour (4 properties) is co-sponsored by Dale Zink of SpaceDezine Interiors and Simon Perez of Honest n Fast Movers, who will provide snacks on the buses and be on hand to share about how they help buyers and sellers in San Francisco and beyond!
Morning pickup will be at SFAR (301 Grove St., SF) at 8:30 a.m. with an 8:45 a.m. departure time.
